37/100 — the real mobile score of a site I rebuilt
How it works

Two weeks, four clear stages.

Day 1–2

Kickoff

We lock scope, content, and references. You get a Figma-free plan and a fixed price.

Day 3–6

Design

Pages designed in-browser on your real content — reviewed live, not in static mockups.

Day 7–12

Build

Production Next.js build with your CMS wired up. You watch it come together on a staging URL.

Day 13–14

Ship

Final polish, launch, and a handoff walkthrough so your team can edit it without me.

“What do you need from me?” — one kickoff call, two review passes, and your content. That’s the whole ask.Start day one →
Who you’re hiring
Kush Zingade, founder of Hesperos

One person, start to finish.

I don’t have a resume full of years to point to, and I won’t pretend otherwise. What I have is real, shipped work — a festival site and a teaching platform, both live and built end to end — a fixed launch date I actually hit, and a habit of telling you on day one if something won’t work, instead of letting you find out at the deadline.

There’s no account manager and no handoff between the person who talks to you and the person who builds the thing. That’s me, both times — so decisions happen in a conversation, not a ticket queue, and nothing gets lost in translation along the way.

One ladder. Pick the tier that fits.

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. Branding is built into every tier — you self-select, no situational quotes.

Care plan

Optional, pick one — you own everything regardless. This is the part that turns a one-off build into an ongoing site.

Essential$99/mo

Hosting, platform updates, backups, security, SSL, and uptime monitoring — content edits start at Plus.

Plus$249/mo

Everything in Essential, plus up to ~2 content changes a month (a swap or small copy edit, ~30 min each — bigger asks are scoped separately) and priority support.

Pro$499/mo

Everything in Plus, plus a quarterly SEO/performance mini-audit with fixes and a written monthly analytics summary.

// Essential is cancel-anytime · Plus & Pro have a 3-month minimum term

Capability add-ons (any tier): payments — $1,500 for one-time checkout, from $3,000 (quoted) for recurring subscriptions & billing portal · AI — $1,000 for CMS drafting/content tools, $2,000 for a public chat/search widget, from $4,000 (quoted) for a custom RAG pipeline · e-commerce, extra pages, rush delivery, photography, and standalone copywriting are quoted per project.

// not ready to rebuild? a $750 Site Tune-Up fixes speed and SEO on your current site, and credits in full toward a revamp within 60 days

// 50% up front, 50% only after you’ve approved the finished site on staging · first 3 clients only: ~50% off the build tier (Launch/Studio) as a temporary founding rate — add-ons and Care plans are always full price, and this isn’t permanent pricing

The new site is intuitive, modern, and professional — it finally reflects the ambition of the event itself. A website that doesn’t just inform, it inspires confidence and excitement.

Questions

Everything people ask before hiring me.

You're early in your career — can you actually deliver this?+
Fair question, and I won't oversell it: I'm an undergraduate, not a studio with a decade behind it. What I'd point at instead is delivered work. Two sites, both live, both built end to end by me, both shipped in two weeks — a Paris film festival rebuilt off Google Sites, and a subscription teaching platform with Stripe billing and role-based access. The before/after Lighthouse numbers for both are on this site, and you can visit the live sites yourself. If that isn't enough evidence for the size of the decision, hiring an established studio is the reasonable call and I'd rather say so now than after you've paid a deposit.
What happens if you're unavailable, or you stop doing this?+
You own the code, the content, and the CMS outright — nothing is locked to my hosting or my accounts, and the handoff at launch includes a walkthrough plus the deploy path written down. That means any developer can pick it up without me, which is the actual answer to the risk of hiring one person. It's also why I don't gate anything behind a retainer: a Care plan is convenience, not a dependency.
Can I really update the site myself?+
Yes. Every build ships with a self-editable CMS you own outright, so day-to-day content changes — text, images, pages — don't need a developer.
What does it cost, all-in?+
Launch is $3,500, Studio is $6,500, and Signature starts from $10,000 — fixed prices for a fixed scope, no hourly surprises. If you're not ready for a rebuild, a $750 Site Tune-Up fixes speed and SEO on your current site, and it credits in full toward a revamp if you go ahead within 60 days. Payments and AI are capability add-ons on top of any tier: payments is $1,500 for one-time checkout or from $3,000 (quoted) for recurring subscriptions, and AI starts from $1,000. An optional Care plan (from $99/mo) covers hosting, updates, and support after launch, but it's never required. Payment is 50% up front and 50% only once you've approved the finished site on staging.
What do you need from me?+
Mainly your content — logo, copy, photos if you have them — and timely feedback at each check-in. If something's missing, I can help fill the gap.
What happens if it takes longer than 2 weeks?+
It's a fixed timeline because the scope is fixed up front. If a request would genuinely expand the scope, we'd talk about it as a separate add-on rather than letting it quietly stretch the build.
Do I own everything at the end?+
Yes — the code, the content, and the CMS are yours outright. Nothing is rented or locked to my hosting.
What about my Google rankings?+
Every build ships with strong technical SEO fundamentals — clean markup, fast load times, structured data — which gives search engines every reason to rank you well. I won't promise a specific ranking or timeline, since that also depends on your market and content.
My site is on Wix / Squarespace / WordPress. Can you work with that?+
Yes — migrating your existing content off Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or Google Sites is part of every revamp, so nothing gets lost in the move.
What if I need changes after launch?+
You can always edit content yourself through the CMS. For anything beyond that — design tweaks, new features — you can hire me project by project, or pick a Care plan for ongoing support.
Can I switch tiers after I've already booked?+
Yes — pay the difference between tiers and the timeline holds, unless the added scope genuinely needs more days, in which case I'll tell you upfront before doing the work, not after.
How many rounds of design revisions are included?+
Two rounds of feedback on the design direction are included in every tier. Further rounds are billed separately or folded into a scope conversation — fixed price doesn't mean unlimited iteration.

Let’s get your new site live by September 10.
